Almond Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Liquid Alchemist Almond Orgeat
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- 1 Egg’s worth of egg white for the foam
Glass: Coupe Glass
Garnish: lemon wheel
Method
Shake well without ice, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
