Elderflower Liqueur Recipes

Cocktails made with the bold flavors of Liquid ALchemist Cocktail Syrups, enhanced by the floral flavors or elderflower liqueur.

Historical Roommates

1 ½ oz Gin  
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur  
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup 
1 oz Lemon Juice  
1 Sprig of Rosemary  

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and finely strain into a tall collins glass. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Feel free to torch the rosemary for aroma!  “

Passion Fruit Riviera

1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Passion Fruit Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon juice
4 oz Brut sparkling wine, chilled
Passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)

In a cocktail flute, combine the Liquid Alchemist Passion Fruit Syrup with lemon juice. Add the sparkling wine and garnish with 5 or 6 passion fruit seeds reserved from the passion fruit simple syrup or from fresh passion fruit.

Raspberry Beret

1½ oz Vodka
¾ oz Lemon
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Raspberry Syrup
½ oz St. Germain

Shake with ice, and dump in collins glass.  Top with soda if you wish.  Garnish with lemon wheel.
