Forbidden Apple

¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Tamarindo
½ oz Lemon juice
¼ tsp Champagne vinegar (used O from Petaluma)
3 dashes non-alcoholic aromatic bitters (used All the Bitter)
4 oz Fever-Tree Club Soda

Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice. This can be over ice, or chill it like CRAZY, and serve it neat in a coupe. Garnish with Shaker & Spoon spiced lemon oil.
