Labor Day Cocktails

First Monday in September

Prickly Pear Ranch Water

1½ oz Tequila
¾ oz Lime
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
2 oz Club Soda

Shake with ice, then add soda and pour into a collins glass.  Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Tucson Water

2 oz Vodka
¾ oz Lime
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
pinch Salt
2 oz Club Soda

Shake with ice, then add soda and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Spiked Peach Tea

1½ oz Vodka
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Peach Syrup
½ oz Lemon
4 oz Unsweetened Iced Tea

Shake briefly with ice and pour into a Collins glass.  Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cactus Cooler, v.2

2 oz Vodka
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Peach Syrup
¾ oz Lemon
2 oz Red Bull

Shake briefly, then add Red Bull and gently pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
