Palomanzanita

2 oz Mezcal
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup
3 oz club soda or Manzanita soda

Add all ingredients except for the soda to a shaker. Shake and strain into a tall collins glass. Fill with ice and add the soda. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
