Peach and Every Day

1 ½ oz Optimist Bright or Gin Alternative
¾ oz Lemon Juice 
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Peach  
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger  
3 oz Club Soda 

Combine all ingredients except for club soda in a shaker. Shake and strain into collins glass. Top with 3 oz club soda and fill with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and lemon peel.
