Not Your Buffet’s Colada

2 oz Mezcal
½ oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Lime Juice
1 ½ oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
3 oz Club Soda

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a tall collins glass. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint.

Agave Colada

2 oz Lyres Agave or Tequila Alternative
2 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut  
2 oz Pineapple Juice 

Shake and serve on the rocks. Garnish with pineapple wedge w/parasol. 

Jalisco Colada

2 oz Tequila Anejo
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
dash  AROMATIC BITTERS

Shake and serve on the rocks.  Garnish with a pineapple slice & cinnamon.
