Strawberry Fields For Trevor

2 oz Optimist Bright or Gin Alternative
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Strawberry  
¾ oz Lemon Juice 
2 Slices of Cucumber 
3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves 
3 oz Club Soda 

Add all ingredients except for club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a collins glass. Add 3 oz club soda and fill with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and slice of strawberry.
