3 oz Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit

1 oz LIQUID ALCHEMIST TAMARINDO SYRUP

1 Dash of All The Bitter’s Aromatic Bitters

Top off with Betty Buzz’s Meyer Lemon Club Soda (or Lemon Seltzer)

1 Lemon peel for Garnish

Instructions

Stir in the spirit, syrup, and bitters with a glass full of ice. Top off with club soda. Twist the lemon peel (peel side down over drink) to release the oils and toss it in the drink to garnish.
