1oz Baileys Almond Milk Liqueur
3/4 oz LIQUID ALCHEMIST GINGER SYRUP
1/2 oz Pimento Dram
1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 dash Chocolate Bitters
Rim a large coupe glass with a 1:1 brown sugar cinnamon mix. Combine all ingredients in a tin with ice. Shake and double strain into the rimmed large coupe glass. Garnish with a light dusting of nutmeg.
(To make cinnamon syrup)
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
¾ cup sugar.
In a small pot add the water and cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add the sugar. Stir until combined.
