4th of July Cocktails
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- ¼ oz Lilys Blue Curacao
- ¼ oz Liquid Alchemist Strawberry
Glass: Hurricane Glass
Method
Add Blue Curacao to the bottom of a hurricane glass. Add rum, coconut, and pineapple to a blender with a cup of cracked ice and blitz until frothy and smooth. Pour blended cocktail into hurricane glass slowly to allow the curacao to remain at bottom. Then float the strawberry atop, add a sparkler, and enjoy freely.
