Ingredients
- 1½ oz Mezcal
- ½ oz Liquid Alchemist Passion Fruit Syrup
- ½ oz Xila
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 Dashes coffee bitters
- 8 Pineapple Chunks
- 12 Basil Leaves
Glass: Rocks Glass
Method
Muddle 8 chunks of pineapple and 12 basil leaves. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and strain into a low rocks glass filled with ice.
