Cuban Peach Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Light Cuban Rum
- 3/4 oz Liquid Alchemist Peach Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
Glass: Coupe Glass
Garnish: peach slice
Method
Add the rum, Peach syrup, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain up into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a peach slice.
