Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- ¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Club Soda
Glass: Collins Glass
Garnish: lemon twist and flower
Method
Shake dry, then with ice. Then add club soda and strain into a collins glass (no ice). Garnish with a lemon twist and flower.
