Not Your Buffet's Colada
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- ½ oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 ½ oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
- 3 oz Club Soda
Glass: Collins Glass
Garnish: fresh mint
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a tall collins glass. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint.
