Pear Ginger Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka Alternative
- ¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz Ground pear
- Ginger Beer to top
Garnish: lime and crystallized ginger
Method
Shake vodka, ginger syrup, and ground pear without ice. Pour over cocktail glass filled with ice to the top. Top off with ginger beer. Stir. Garnish with lime and crystallized ginger.
