2 oz Seedlip Garden (Could also use Optimist Fresh, Ritual Tequila Alternative, or Pentire Seaward)
1 oz LIQUID ALCHEMIST PRICKLY PEAR COCKTAIL SYRUP
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and finely strain ingredients into a martini style glass. Garnish with torched rosemary.
