1 oz Cognac
1 oz Gin
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger Syrup
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime Juice
2 dash Aromatic Bitters
3 oz Club Soda
Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain the contents into a highball glass containing the club soda. Gentle fill glass with cracked or crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
