Winter Bird
Ingredients
- 2 oz Jamaica Rum
- ¼ oz Amaro (pref Averna)
- 1 oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup
- 1½ oz Pineapple juice
- ½ oz Lime juice
- 2 Dash Orange Bitters
- 2 Dash Chocolate Bitters
Glass: Tiki Mug
Garnish: apple spice and pineapple leaves
Method
Serve in a tiki mug with crushed ice. Garnish with an apple spice and pineapple leaves.
