Orders
How long will it take to get my order?
Typically, orders are delivered 3-5 business days after ordering. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii shipping time will be closer to a week.
Shipping times vary. If you have a question about your order, please send an email with your order number to support@liquid-alchemist.com
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the US, including Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
The item I want to order is listed as Backordered. What does that mean?
Backordered means that our warehouse is currently out of stock, but we expect to have more stock in the future. If you have a question about a specific product, email support@liquid-alchemist.com and we can tell you when we expect to have more in stock.
If you ordered a cocktail syrup that will be out of stock for an extended period of time, our support team will contact you about your options.
What are my wholesale options?

What is your return policy?
We think you’re going to love our products, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your order – just send us an email (support@liquid-alchemist.com) with your order number. No need to return the items to us.

Do Liquid Alchemist Syrups need to be refrigerated?
After opening your syrup, please refrigerate.
How long is my Liquid Alchemist Syrup good after I buy it?
Liquid Alchemist Syrup Shelf Life is 2 years unopen. Once your cocktail syrup is open, it is good for weeks to months in the refrigerator.

My Coconut or Almond Orgeat Syrup separated. What is going on?
The natural ingredients in our cocktail syrups will settle due to the different weights of the ingredients. This is more apparent in our Coconut and Almond Orgeat Syrups. Please shake all syrups before using. Still have questions? Email support@liquid-alchemist.com
My Blood Orange Syrup is different shade than it was last time. What is going on?
We use real blood oranges in our Blood Orange Cocktail Syrup and no food coloring. Each batch we produce comes from a different set of blood oranges and that may have a slightly different shade of blood orange. Still have questions? Email support@liquid-alchemist.com
Which Liquid Alchemist Syrups are nut free?
All of our cocktail syrups except Almond Orgeat are nut free. Liquid Alchemist Syrups are NOT made in a nut-free facility

Liquid Alchemist Syrups are also great for baking, coffee, lemonades, and as syrup on waffles and pancakes.
