LOCATION: RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
Note: This job is primarily remote but requires visits to our warehouse and meetings with our Director of Operations in person monthly. Please only send applications if you live in this area.
Job Title: Operations Assistant, Full Time
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Outlook and Team Calendar for the office and production schedules.
Manage inventory at all warehouse locations. Schedule shipments for production and warehouse inventory.
Enter in Purchase Orders for shipments and invoice after product has been shipped.
Manage inventory for all e-commerce sales.
Assist with customer service inquiries, providing information and resolving issues
Conduct data and monthly sales numbers entry tasks to update and maintain records.
Support office operations by performing various administrative tasks.
Experience:
Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, One drive and One Note and other office products.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
