This lime syrup is an absolute standout. It is the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The bright, zesty lime flavor is crisp and refreshing, and I liked it even more than I thought I would. Excellent flavor, really comes though in a drink, lots of tartness. Good price for the large bottle, real sugar, and if course getting shipped to you. The color is perhaps not as vibrant as expected but let's be honest, that just means less artificial dye so I'll take that. Also it was kind of hilarious giving my kids this stuff straight (obviously with no alcohol) and watching their face pucker.
We use this for snow cones instead of cocktails, and it works very well! My only complaint is the amount of sugar, but a little goes a long way. It's a strong flavor! My husband and daughter love lime so this was a perfect choice for our family. It's a huge bottle, so it should last us a long time and is worth the money.

I love making my own cocktails at home, and even herbal tincture mocktails at times. And I love Margaritas , mojitos and lime in general . So this really appealed to me.It tastes really good . It’s easy to use and mixes well . The bottle size abound last a while.I mixed this with some honey whiskey , and a cherry lime Ice (a sugar free carbonated drink, the brand is on Amazon) I like To keep the sugar down a little bit . And wow . I wasnt Expecting too much but figured it would work. Tastes great . Hubby enthusiastically said fantastic . I agree. Damn good.So the quality is great. And having the 2 pack it’s a decent value and should last a while . Anythint to make things easier . I used To squeeze my own lime for everything and while fresh will always be better , this is much quicker and easier. They apparently have a good variety . But even with the one flavor , lots of different concoctions can be blended .

No squeezing limes or measuring extra ingredients, just add mezcal, a splash of this, and top with grapefruit soda or sparkling water.The flavor is bright and citrusy with just the right amount of sweetness. It mixes well and keeps the drink consistent every time. Super convenient if you like making cocktails at home without all the prep work.

This is basically simple syrup with some natural lime flavoring. It has the flavor of lime cordial--a slight hint of peel bitterness, tart but not sour. To my tongue it's identical to Rose's and makes a perfect gimlet. Of course you can also use it for Palomas, Daiquiris and other drinks that use lime and sugar or simple syrup. Of course you could save money and use a teaspoon of sugar and squeeze a fresh lime, but this is easier.
