2 oz Whiskey
1 oz  HipStirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to create a foamy texture. Then wet shake all ingredients (with ice) to chill. Strain into coupe glass and top with a dash or two of bitters and pumpkin spice.
