Ingredients

2 oz Optimist Fresh (can also use Seedlip Spice, Ritual Whiskey Alternative, or Pentire Adrift)
1 oz LIQUID ALHEMIST APPLE SPICE COCKTAIL SYRUP
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3–4 Sage Leaves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for Club Soda in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a large rocks glass with ice. Add 2 oz Club Soda to top off and garnish with Sage leaves.
