Ingredients
2 oz Optimist Smokey (Could also use Seedlip Spice, Ritual Tequila Alternative, or Pentire Adrift)
1 oz LIQUID ALCHEMIST GRENADINE COCKTAIL SYRUP
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker without ice. Shake hard for thirty seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake again before straining into a martini style glass.
