2 oz Optimist Fresh or a Gin Alternative
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Orgeat Syrup
¾ oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 oz Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients except for Ginger Beer. Shake over ice and strain into a large rocks glass over ice. Top with an ounce of ginger beer.
