Strawberry Fields For Trevor
Ingredients

2 oz Optimist Bright (can also use Seedlip Grove, Ritual Gin Alternative, or Pentire Adrift)
1 oz LIQUID ALCHEMIST STRAWBERRY COCKTAIL SYRUP
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 Slices of Cucumber
3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves
3 oz Club Soda
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for Club Soda in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a collins glass. Add 3 oz Club Soda and fill with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and slice of strawberry.
