1 oz Liquid Alchemist Almond Orgeat
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Egg’s worth of egg white for the foam
Shake well without ice, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
