Blood Orange Negroni
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dry Vermouth*
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds to chill and dilute before straining over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
*Here we intentionally choose to use Dry vermouth so as not to over sweeten the cocktail.
