Damon: “It’s the year of the Batanga.”
What’s a flavor you’re most excited to work with this year?
Damon: “Definitely excited to use more complex spice elements this fall. Especially Liquid Alchemists Falernum syrup. Also adding small notes of coffee into cocktails to sort of round out all the flavors and bring everything together”
What Liquid Alchemist flavor do you like working with the most?
Damon: “I use Ginger and Orgeat probably the most. Strawberry and Peach are also some of my go to’s if a guests ask for something fruity.”
