Emily: “I would love to play with the Tamarindo! That’s one that can really bring out a bartender’s creativity.”
What Liquid Alchemist flavor do you like working with the most?
Emily: “The Coconut, Passion Fruit, and Ginger flavors are all reliable classics, but I love coming back to the Apple Spice Syrup. We involve it in a few different options at Rosevale – namely our unbelievable siphoned Irish Coffee. It elevates the drink (and the cider cream on top!) to another level of craft cocktail.”

What’s your favorite industry spot in your area?
Emily: “On The Rocks is a fantastic whiskey bar not far from my own workplace where I love to go in and ask the bartenders to pour whatever they’re fancying.”
What three bars are must-go- to’s if you visit Manhattan?
Emily: “Attaboy is always a great option for the perfect personalized craft cocktail and excellent service. Everybody loves the cozy nature of Raine’s Law Room for a quieter, elevated experience. If you’re looking for a party and something a bit more Irish, our friends over at Swift Hibernian Lounge serve up a great pint and always take amazing care!”
