Method: Shake and dump
Glassware: Rocks glass

Warm glass with hot water. Let sit to heat glass. Discard water and add whiskey, coffee, and Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice. Stir to combine and top with lightly whipped heavy cream to create a layer. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.

Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ginger beer to a highball glass. Shake and strain cocktail shaker contents over ginger beer. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.

2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with a large rock. Stir for 5-10 seconds until combined and diluted. Garnish with piece of pumpkin pie on a skewer and a hard candy

2 oz Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider
1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Combine the still cider and Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sparkling cider and prosecco to a wine glass. Shake the cocktail shaker and strain the still pumpkin apple cider over the prosecco and sparkling cider.

1 oz Barista Style Oat Milk
½ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice
Rim a rocks glass with pumpkin spice cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, whipped cream, and more pumpkin spice.

1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously to create a velvet-like foam. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mixed blend of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Combine all ingredients in a mug with crushed ice. Swizzle to combine.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an apple slice.
2 oz Optimist Fresh or Whiskey Alternative
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice
½ oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Club Soda
3-4 Sage Leaves
Combine all ingredients except for club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a large rocks glass with ice. Add 2 oz club soda to top off and garnish with sage leaves.
3 oz Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Tamarindo Syrup
1 Dash of All The Bitter’s Aromatic Bitters
Top off with Betty Buzz’s Meyer Lemon Club Soda (or Lemon Seltzer)
1 Lemon peel for Garnish
Stir in the spirit, syrup, and bitters with a glass full of ice. Top off with club soda. Twist the lemon peel (peel side down over drink) to release the oils and toss it in the drink to garnish.

AVEC Hibiscus and Pomegranate to top- or combine with Selzer and pomegranate juice
Shake grenadine and tequila with ice. Pour over a cocktail glass filled with ice to the top. Top with AVEC or Selzer and Pom juice. Stir, garnish with lime slices.
