Samhain Spiced Coffee 

1 oz Irish Whiskey
3 ½ oz Fresh Hot Coffee 
¾ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice
1 oz heavy cream, lightly whipped 

Warm glass with hot water. Let sit to heat glass. Discard water and add whiskey, coffee, and Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice. Stir to combine and top with lightly whipped heavy cream to create a layer. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.  

Grandpa Is Mad At The News Again

2 oz Rum Alternative
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ginger beer to a highball glass. Shake and strain cocktail shaker contents over ginger beer. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.

Pumpkin Patch Mimosa

3 oz Prosecco 
2 oz Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider
1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Combine the still cider and Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sparkling cider and prosecco to a wine glass. Shake the cocktail shaker and strain the still pumpkin apple cider over the prosecco and sparkling cider.

Pumpkin White Russian

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1 oz Barista Style Oat Milk
½ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice

Rim a rocks glass with pumpkin spice cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, whipped cream, and more pumpkin spice.

Pumpkin Mule

2 oz Vodka 
¾  oz Lime Juice 
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger Syrup 
½ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup 
4 oz Club Soda  

Combine all ingredients in a mug with crushed ice. Swizzle to combine.

2 oz Rye 
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Grenadine
1 oz Apple Juice 
¾ oz Lemon Juice 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an apple slice. 

Apple Sage Smash 

2 oz Optimist Fresh or Whiskey Alternative
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice 
½ oz Lemon Juice 
2 oz Club Soda 
3-4 Sage Leaves 

Combine all ingredients except for club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a large rocks glass with ice. Add 2 oz club soda to top off and garnish with sage leaves. 

Fall Break

3 oz Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Tamarindo Syrup
1 Dash of All The Bitter’s Aromatic Bitters
Top off with Betty Buzz’s Meyer Lemon Club Soda (or Lemon Seltzer)
1 Lemon peel for Garnish

Stir in the spirit, syrup, and bitters with a glass full of ice. Top off with club soda. Twist the lemon peel (peel side down over drink) to release the oils and toss it in the drink to garnish.

AVEC Hibiscus and Pomegranate to top- or combine with Selzer and pomegranate juice 

Shake grenadine and tequila with ice. Pour over a cocktail glass filled with ice to the top. Top with AVEC or Selzer and Pom juice. Stir, garnish with lime slices.

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

In a mixing glass stir ingredients and pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

Raspberry Chocolate Coffee 

½ oz Aged Rum
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Raspberry Syrup
2 oz Brazilian Med Roast Coffee
2 oz Chocolate Stout

Add all ingredients except for heavy cream to a coffee mug. Roll ingredients between mug and a large glass to combine. Garnish with a dollop of heavy cream.

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

2 oz Vodka    
¼ oz Lime Juice 
3 oz Apple Cider    
1 ½ oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger   
1 oz Club Soda  
Pomegranate and cinnamon sticks, for serving (optional)   

Shake with ice, then add apple cider and dump into a collins glass or copper mug. Top with club soda. Serve with pomegranate arils and cinnamon sticks.
