1½ oz Gin
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Add the gin and syrup to a tall glass and swizzle while adding the tonic. Fill with ice.

½ oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Lemon Tonic Water
Add the gin and syrup to a tall glass and swizzle while adding the tonic. Fill with ice.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dry Vermouth*
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds to chill and dilute before straining over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
*Here we intentionally choose to use Dry vermouth so as not to over sweeten the cocktail.
1 ½ oz Gin
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and finely strain into a tall collins glass. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Feel free to torch the rosemary for aroma! “

½ oz Liquid Alchemist Strawberry Syrup
Serve in an old fashioned glass with big ice. Garnish with an orange spiral.

¼ oz Lemon
dash bitters
2 oz Sparkling wine
Serve in a champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
2 oz Dry Gin
¾ oz Lemon
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Raspberry Syrup
½ oz Orange Liqueur
Shake hard with ice and fine strain up into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
2 oz Gin
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Almond Orgeat
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Egg’s worth of egg white for the foam
Shake well without ice, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

½ oz Liquid Alchemist Passion Fruit
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Almond Orgeat
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Serve with crushed ice in a tiki mug or collins glass. Garnish with a skewered lime zest wrapped cherry.

¾ oz Lemon
1 Egg White
2 oz Club Soda
Shake dry, then with ice. Then add club soda and strain into a collins glass (no ice). Garnish with a lemon twist and flower.

Build over ice in a collins glass, and stir once to mix. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz Heavy Cream
2 dashes Orange Flower Water
Add cream in LAST and quickly shake hard with ice. Dump in collins glass and top with 1 oz soda water. Garnish with a flower.

¾ oz Fresh Cucumber Juice/Muddle
¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Passion Fruit Syrup
½ oz Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
Shake with ice, and dump into a collins glass. Garnish with cucumber.

¾ oz Liquid Alchemist Almond Orgeat
¾ oz Lemon
2 dashes Bitters
Shake hard with ice and strain up. Garnish with lemon peel.

Shake hard and strain up into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.

¾ oz Lemon
½ oz Becherovka
Hard shake with ice, strain up into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
2 oz Dry Gin
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Raspberry Syrup
¾ oz Lemon
1 Egg White
Dry shake, then add ice and shake hard. Strain up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
1½ oz London Dry Gin
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup
½ oz Lemon
2 oz Club Soda
Shake briefly, then add club soda and gently pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with an orange wheel folded in the glass.
2 oz Gin
1 oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger Syrup
½ oz Lime
6 Mint Leaves
2 oz Club Soda
Shake with ice, then add soda and dump in collins glass. Garnish mint sprig.
